At your service

Your applications, handled.

JobAlfred is a free Chrome extension that fills job applications from your CV. You check every answer. You press Submit. Alfred never does.

JobAlfred is the new name for JobPilot. The Chrome Web Store still shows JobPilot until the rename ships.

Three steps. Then you are done retyping.

Import your CV once

Alfred builds your profile from it. No JobAlfred account needed.

Open any application

Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS or a company's own careers site.

Check it, then press Submit

Alfred fills what it can and tells you what still needs you. The last click is always yours.

What Alfred takes off your hands

  • The whole form. Text fields, dropdowns, preset lists, phone numbers, dates, checkboxes and your CV.
  • Your experience. Roles, degrees, languages and skills go into the form's own sections.
  • Multi-page applications. Alfred fills each page as you go and tells you when it is time to submit.
  • Form errors. A phone in the wrong format, a list that only takes its own options, a required field left empty.
  • The hard questions. Optional AI answers and cover letters, with your own AI key.
  • The admin. A job tracker that adds each application when you submit.

Pick how Alfred talks

The same fill, in a voice you can stand. Or describe your own.

House rules

  • Alfred never presses Submit. You do, every time.
  • Your CV stays in your browser. Your profile, CV and applications live in Chrome.
  • No account to fill a form. Install it and go.
  • AI is optional. It uses your own key, and the text for that answer goes only to the provider you pick.
  • Usage stats are anonymous. Never your CV, your answers or the pages you visit. Details are on the extension privacy page.
  • Nothing on your application. No "Applied with JobAlfred" line, ever.
